Yoga is a wonderful practice to undertake to assist with upper and lower back aches and pains. Not only does it help to stretch and soothe our bodies to assist with the aches, it also allows us to become more in tune with our bodies, making us more able to identify where you have any imbalances.
Release That Gas
All of the below Asanas, or postures, are designed in a way that will bend your body into shapes that help the gas travel through the digestive system and relieve the tight discomfort that it brought.
